A San Antonio man takes a star turn in Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney?s new web video, which appears to be an appeal to Hispanic voters.
Gilbert Cantu, who owns a mobile security locks business, emphasizes his family heritage when rebuking President Barack Obama?s ?you didn?t build that? speech.
?The key to success, I believe?as many Latinos believe?is hard work,? Cantu says in the web video. Cantu then repeats, in Spanish, that he works hard every day.
The video also comes on the heels of last week?s announcement that another Hispanic San Antonio man ? Mayor Juli?n?Castro ? will give a keynote address?at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C., next month.
The Romney campaign?s news release about the video features a quote from Texas GOP Senate nominee Ted Cruz, who would be the state?s first Hispanic senator if he wins the November election:
?From El Paso to Texarkana, entrepreneurs and small-business owners across Texas know that they built their success with their own two hands,? said Texas Republican Senate Nominee Ted Cruz. ?They also know the damage that bad policy from Washington can do to the economy. From new regulations to higher taxes to Obamacare, the President has placed one obstacle after another in front of Texas job creators. Mitt Romney knows how to turn this economy around, and his plan for a stronger middle class is exactly what we need. Texans?like all Americans?can?t afford four more years of Barack Obama.?
The ad is part of a series of Romney videos that all start the same way ? with the audio of Obama?s speech, followed by a small business owner talking about why they took offense.
In the other videos, the focus has been on small business owners who live in swing states, such as Virginia, Nevada?and Ohio. Texas is expected to vote Republican.

GILBERT CANTU:??My name is Gilbert Cantu. I own Quality Security Products. My family came from Mexico where they started a business together working as a family. I?ve been in business on my own now for five years. We?re a mobile locksmith service that goes out to our customers to fix and repair safes and vaults, and other commercial locksmith applications. The key to success, I believe?as many Latinos believe?is hard work. President Obama said that if I own a business, I didn?t necessarily build it. That was a very insulting remark to make. I built this business.?
